Murtaza is the Chief Risk & Legal Officer of the FINTX Group and has oversight of the Compliance Function at the Group level - which includes Financial Regulatory Compliance and evaluation and implementation of all Policies and Procedures. Murtaza also serves as the Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors of the FINTX Group and all its subsidiaries. Murtaza brings 12 years of extensive experience across a wide range of practice areas and industries – both in Private Practice Law and In-House – having worked at Allen & Overy LLP (London and Dubai), the e& Group, and the Astra Tech Group.

Biography
Chris is responsible for shaping FINTX's strategy in collaboration with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. A future which includes new ventures and investment in promising startups. He is also heading the development of new digital channels with a clear focus on user experience and practical business models to contribute to the growth of the FINTX portfolio. Prior to joining FINTX, Chris spent the early part of his career in Big 4 firms where he gained valuable cross-industry experience which he is now leveraging to make FINTX's strategic initiatives a success.

With over 15 years of experience in human resources and operations, Fatma has gained high managerial competence and leads FINTX Human Capital Solutions including strategic HR management, talent acquisition, retention, talent development, cost optimisation and budgeting.
