This Policy applies to any persons that access or use our website. The website is neither targeted nor intended to be of use to children.

When you enquire about our services or provide information by filling in our Contact Form, FINTX will keep an electronic record of this correspondence, including personal information that you disclose to us at that time. The personal information you share with us may include your name, email address, contact phone number, job title, business name and other information you choose to provide (“Personal Information” or “Personal Data”).

You can use the contact form on our website to contact us if you would like to enquire about our services. The Personal Data you fill in the contact form will only be processed for answering your request. Filling in and ticking the ‘I consent to receiving information about additional products or services’ box when submitting the contact form, constitutes an affirmative action by which you have given your consent to data processing for advertising and marketing purposes. Should you refuse to provide your consent by not selecting the box shown on the consent form, we will simply proceed to manage your enquiry without retaining any of your Personal Information provided on the contact form.

FINTX may change this Policy from time to time and without notice to you. If significant changes are made to this Policy, we will endeavour to provide you with notice through our website.
